FREE SHIPPING ON ALL USA ORDERS

At Colipse Coffee, every bag is roasted fresh after your order is placed. We don't pull from pre-roasted stock — your coffee is made specifically for you. This means delivery takes a little longer than a standard retail order, but what arrives in your mailbox is as fresh as it gets.

Processing & Roasting Time

All orders require a minimum of 1-2 business days to roast and pack before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not roast on weekends, so orders placed Friday through Sunday enter the queue on Monday morning. If you order over the weekend, expect your roasting process to begin Monday and your tracking to arrive mid-week.

Estimated Delivery Time

From the day you place your order, total delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. This includes:

  • 1–2 business days: roasting and packing
  • 2–5 business days: transit via USPS, Fedex or UPS

Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier volume. Orders placed Monday through Thursday tend to ship fastest. Weekend orders ship the following week.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Carrier selection is based on your location and package size. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Destination

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been handed off to the carrier. If you haven't received tracking within 4 business days of your order, contact us at contact@colipsecoffee.com and we'll look into it.
